We would like to thank those businesses that helped out with making our November bullroast a success. Contributors
Ravens Nest #14 is a true Baltimore Ravens Fan Club, located in the
Eldersburg/Sykesville area of Carroll County. Members of Ravens Nest #14 enjoy
several common bonds like watching and talking about Ravens football, spending
time out with our families and friends, and helping our community. Although
Nest #14 members love to have fun, we are more than just a "social club". Nest
#14 seeks to make positive contributions to our community, supporting various
charities, and helping area families in need via monies raised at Nest #14
sponsored bull roasts, dances, raffles, and more scheduled throughout the year.
Nest #14 is a member of the Chamber of Ravens Nests - "Birds of Prey". The
Chamber sponsors annual events throughout the year including a gala Super Bowl
party, a spring bull and oyster roast, and an early summer convention held in
Ocean City called "THE RAVE". The Chamber also plans "road trips" to see the
Ravens play away games throughout the season.
Meetings for Ravens Nest #14 are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7PM at
E.W. Beck's Restaurant , located at 7565 Main Street in downtown Sykesville. Our meetings frequently feature guest speakers,
including Ravens' players when available. Ravens Nest meetings are held in a
smoke-free meeting room in a casual atmosphere at E.W. Becks's and usually
conclude by 9PM.
