| Typically, Nest 14 has two major bull roast/shrimp feasts in a calendar year (one in the spring and one in the fall). Some of the duties on
this committee include ticket sales, coordination of events, set-up and take down of seating and tables, and decorating. These events are major fundraisers and
fun times for Nest 14. |

| Nest 14 is always looking for ways to make a positive impact in our community by way of local program support, donations to charities, and neighbors
in need. This committee formulates ideas and possible areas where the Nest can contribute, and proposes these ideas to the board/officers for discussion/approval. Nest 14
has donated approximately $10,000 in charitable contributions per year for several years. |

| Nest 14 sponsors a wonderful golf tournament in late July (July 27, 2007) in which proceeds have helped the Believe in Tomorrow Foundation and others. Held
at Oakmount Greens Golf Club in Hampstead, the event has been very successfuly and a fun time for all. Committee members work on selling foursomes, hole sponsorships, raffle ticket
sales and more. |

| The annual big raffle is the Nest's major fundraiser for charities. This year's raffle is the 'High Five Raffle' with five cash prizes totaling
$1,500 given away during the source of the year beginning in August. Ticket sales will begin at the end of June at the carnival. It's essential that Nest 14 members sell their fair share
of raffle tickets as funds for neighbors in need and other charities are dependent on the success of this activity. Tickets will be distributed to members in July, and there will be various
events and opportunities where Nest 14 members participate, work and can sell tickets. |

| In early December, Nest 14 hosts a Holiday Party for its members and their families. Usually held at Meiklejohn's, the party features an appearance by our friend
Santa Claus. Duties include decorating, securing gifts for the children, planning and setting up childrens' activities and more. Nest 14 also collects toys for the annual neighbors in
need toy campaign (which is part of admission to the party). |

| St. Patty's Day weekend in OC is an annual rite of spring for Nest 14 members. With accomdations at the Princess Royale Hotel & Resort, Nest 14 members have partied in
OC since 2004. Planning activities, carting supplies, helping to decorate, and having fun are the major duties of this committee. Plans begin in the fall to prepare for this event. |

| Publicizing our Nest and getting the word out is the duty charged to this committee. Photos of events, notices, and other important Nest 14 info is posted on
www.ravensnest14.com. News releases will be sent to various local media souces to publicize events and accomplishments. |
